I am so blessed…as are you! We have the opportunity to call upon the Lord ANYTIME we want to. He is there. He is waiting to offer his hand and lift us up out of the depths of our trials, our misery, our suffering…whatever is bringing us down, He is there. No matter what my trials are, He. will. lift. me. up. He will put me in a spacious place. And He does it, by calling my name. Check out Max’s thoughts today.
I am rejoicing with Natalie today, as she is becoming victorious!
Lord, thank you for another day. A day to wake in a warm bed, have hot coffee and look out at the sunrise. Another day to try and share the good news with those I encounter along my way. I thank you and praise you, Lord, for the work you are doing in the lives of those I love, please continue to guide them along the path and in their decision making. I thank you for what you are doing in my life, for lifting me up and putting me in a spacious place. Thank you, Lord. Be with my blog friends, Lord, especially those that need you in a special way today. Thank you for the victory you are giving Natalie.
I share this video today…I cried when I watched and listened…He WILL raise me up…
Beautiful song and so true. God does raise us up, even at times when we do not know that we need to be. There have been many times if God had not picked me up and carried me that I would have drowned. Thank you Mary for a lovely post!
This verse was the very first one I read this morning–not by plan–I went to BibleGateway and it was their verse of the day.
I am reminded of many years ago when I was writing a prisoner and God gave me this verse to send to them. We are all prisoners of certain things in our lives unless we let God raise us up to a spacious place.
This is an incredible post, dear Mary, and just what I needed today. I love Selah and their version of this was powerful.
Thank you and much love,
Dianne
And "He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday. " Psalm 91:4-6
Dear friend…such beautiful and encouraging words for these troubled times. Thank you so much. May God be near to you.
