We Can Win!

Almost 30 years ago I lost 25 pounds and have kept it off.  I did it while following the Weight Watchers program.  Then I worked for the company as a Leader for 16 years.  After moving to the east coast, it was no longer feasible for me to work for them, but I continue to work at eating a well-balanced diet and getting some exercise.

In September of 2012 the Lord laid it upon my heart to share about this experience on my blog.  After much prayer and discernment, I was able to come up with a way to share my journey and hopefully, encourage others along the way.

I do not promote any specific weight loss program AND I recognize the not everyone wanting to get healthy needs to lose weight.

DISCLAIMER:
I am NOT a licensed dietician, a health care professional, a certified fitness instructor…or anything other than a 50+ year old female that lost weight and kept it off.  I read a lot about healthy eating and healthy living.  I read a lot about exercise and different ways to be successful in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I am only sharing my experiences and what worked and works for me.  Feel free to join me on my journey and document your own journey.
You should consult your physician if you have any questions/concerns
and certainly before beginning an exercise regimen.

I usually share these posts on Wednesdays and I call the series We Can Win!  My healthy living journey is shared in the linked posts below.
