Lord, thank you for the gift of the rainbow…for the gift of your son…for the gift of life. Lord, I ask that you be with me today, help me to be a light for you to those around me, help me to be bold when you want me to be bold and quiet when you want me to be quiet. Thank you for the many blessings you have given me. Be with those that need you in a special way this week, especially those that have had surgery and are awaiting reports from the doctors. Thank you for the unexpected blessings you brought my way yesterday and for the way you are working in the lives of those I love…thank you, Lord!
Friends, I have three special prayer requests:
1. safe travels from my family (parents, sister & her husband) as they make a long road trip beginning tomorrow.
2. a friend, A, that had surgery on Monday.
3. a young lady, C, that I don’t know – she is a member of my brother’s church. She was driving to work on Monday, swerved to avoid a dog and lost control of her car. She was wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car. She had no feeling from her waist down. She had surgery yesterday.
Pray is a powerful gift that works WONDERS…prayer and rainbows…my Wednesday Wonder…what is yours?
