When I can’t find the way.  When it seems like the map I am using seems to send me in circles…that is the time I need to stop.
I need to wait.  I need to get off the merry-go-round.
It is at times like this that make me feel like my life is a bunch of shredded paper.
But all of the pieces of shredded paper tell a story.  Just like my confusing times are part of my story.  I wouldn’t trade my story…no matter how confusing…for someone else’s story.  Yes, at times I think the grass may look greener somewhere else…but my life is just that…MINE.
My trials…MINE.
My good times…MINE.
My hurt…MINE.
My confusion…MINE.
My life experiences…you guessed it, MINE.
ALL…gifts from Him.  He will guide me. He will lead me…all I have to do is reach out and take his hand.  He is there.
The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
I will advise you and watch over you.
Do not be like a senseless horse or mule
that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.”
Psalm 32:8-9
Lord, I am so thankful for the parts of my story that are not ideal.  They remind me that you are always around…always there…guiding me…watching over me.  Thank you.  Please help me find the best pathway that you have for my life.
Hugs and blessings, my friends…what about you?  Are you on the best pathway for your life?
