Are meatless meals on Fridays in Lent supposed to be this good?
John went on retreat this weekend, he came home at noon and I fixed this for
lunch for the two of us before he left.
Linguini with shrimp and spinach in a white sauce!!
Yum! Yum!
Even if I do say so myself!
It does look delicious. I always dread fixing meals on Friday during Lent since we are not big fish fans. It's certainly a challenge. Blessings to you!
