There is an abundance of change that goes into re-branding, starting a new site and changing the way you have done things in the past. At least there has been an abundance of change for me!

For instance, in the past I have occasionally had affiliate links in my posts. An affiliate link cost you nothing, but will make a few cents for me. You pay the same price you would without the link, but if you use the link, then the retailer will pay me to share their link on my site. Make sense? You will see more of these in the future. Previously, I used a free host for my blog. This lovely site costs money every month, so when you click on my Amazon link or my DaySpring link know that you will be using an affiliate link.

Another thing you may notice is a difference in content. In the past, most of my posts have been faith based and focused on scripture, something the Lord is teaching me, etc. I’ll continue to share those type of posts, but I will also share about the services I offer such as Virtual Assistant, Book Launch Coordinator, Proofreading, etc. Check out my Services page for more details. Occasionally, I will share a recipe, like this one. It is one of my most visited posts.

Something else I want to share with you is what I have learned about essential oils. I had heard of essential oils and I had watched people that I respect talk about them and share about them. I’d wondered if they worked. I’d read testimonials and stories. I’d researched. I’d become intrigued. I was in the process of exploring the possibility of purchasing some when I got meningitis last fall. I had to put it on hold because I was too sick to talk or think about them. Once I got better I did purchase some oils. While I was no longer in the hospital, my headaches were continuing and I began using a mixture of peppermint, frankincense and lavender oils on my temples. To my surprise, the headache eased in intensity. When I saw the neurologist she said it was not my imagination that peppermint oil will help to relax the muscles and should offer some relief. There is much more to this story and I will be sharing more about essential oils in the future. In the meantime, if you are interested, you can learn some about them by clicking on Essential Oils 101 here.

When God leads us down a path to an unknown destination it can be scary and frightening. But there is a peace that comes with truly seeking God’s will through prayer and Bible study and then stepping out in faith to walk the path, even if you don’t know where it will lead.

I feel that is what is happening here

and I would love to have you join me on this journey.

When God leads you down an unknown path are you afraid? What is your biggest fear?
